Art Nouveau and into fabric design

I love textiles and have always wanted to create my my own fabrics. The great Art Nouveau designers created fabrics and wallpapers, decorative borders, designs for stained glass all of which would compliment the wonderful organic buildings.

I set out to create some designs which could be transfered to fabrics. I imagined silk scarves, luxurious dressing gowns. I am still a long way from that goal but it has been an interesting part of my journey.
